First Five Fragments for Friday - Photo Edition for May 8
First Five Fragments for Friday is your weekly offering of writing prompts, art prompts, and conversation prompts.
This week, I'm sharing images from our early morning walks and bike rides. We are lucky to have neighbors who care about the environment and garden, and to have a nearby woods for solace. Every day, we celebrate that which is right in front of us. Having to stay home for now makes us sharpen our vision, notice what we're already used to seeing in a different way.
Tulips along Roselawn Avenue in Roseville, Minnesota.
One red tulip stands out.
The pond on the edge of Reservoir Woods, Roseville, Minnesota.
Spring wildflowers in the woods.
The soft trail through the woods. Can you spot the deer?
I hope you can see the beauty in your daily life. Look for it. It's there, waiting for your attention.
Happy Friday. And Happy Mother's Day this weekend to all who celebrate it.
